Australia opening batsman David Warner is one of the most active cricketers on social media. When he gets time to unwind himself, he utilizes that by posting dance videos on Instagram. The southpaw generally loves to face swap with prominent Indian actors and uploads it to entertain his fans. He was last seen playing the 14th edition of Indian Premier League (IPL) for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).
This time Warner has again uploaded a hilarious video on his Instagram in which he has swapped his face with Tiger Shroff. On Friday, June 4, he started to do what he loved the most – dancing and shaking a leg. Warner superimposed his face on popular Shroff in a song snippet from the film ‘Student of The Year 2’.
He wrote a caption along with the funny video. “Back by popular demand #whoami #india #song”

Soon the video went viral and his fans started to comment on it. His wife Candice Warner too loved her husband’s experiment by posting three heart emojis. Former Australia speedster Brett Lee also loved southpaw’s latest video and termed it hilarious.
David Warner feels the decision to suspend the IPL was the right one
Warner, by his own high standards, had a poor IPL 2021 tournament with the bat and as a leader too. He is always the one who sets the tempo for SRH upfront but this time it was not do be as he could only muster 193 runs in six matches at a not-so-impressive strike rate of 110.28. The southpaw was also removed from captaincy before the tournament came to halt due to rising cases in the bio-bubble.
Warner feels the decision by BCCI to suspend IPL was the right one as players’ mental health and safety is important.
“I think the right decision was made (to suspend the IPL). Got into the bubble, which was obviously going to be a challenge once we started moving, getting on and off aircraft. But look, they did their best to try and put it (the IPL) on there and we know in India that everyone loves cricket, and half the population would do anything to put a smile on their face and just watch that,” he said.
