Bollywood actor Hazel Keech who is known to the cricketing community as the wife of dashing Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh. Hazel made another startling revelation during a recent chat show and that left many of their fans stunned. Most people know her for the has not only acted in films and commercials in India but has also done something more than that.
Hazel, who married Yuvraj in November 2016, said on chat show Miss Field, hosted by Shibani Dandekar and Gaurav Kapoor, that she has been part of as many as three Harry Potter films – a fact which was not known to many till she revealed it.
At the chat show, England-born model-turned-actor spoke on various things ranging from her romance with the southpaw to her career and the life post marriage. Speaking about how it went before she clinched a Bollywood project, Hazel said that she had worked in three Potter movies as a child artiste. She was an extra and portrayed the role of a Hogwarts student. The three Potter films that she did include: Harry Potter & the Philosopher’s Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and Harry Potter & the Prisoner of Azkaban.

“It was so amazing. They are so professional in the West. And it’s like they take details so seriously. They have teachers and tutors because kids under 16 have to do their lessons and bring in their homework. For each child, they would have a Polaroid to make sure that your hair and makeup were exactly the same. Even the capes that we wore that had inner pockets for wand and broom,” Hazel said on the chat show while reflecting on her Hollywood experience.
Also speaking on her husband’s on-field exploits, Hazel said Yuvraj’s 150 against England in an ODI in Cuttack in January 2017 was the best she has seen from her husband. She was at the venue when the hard-hitting southpaw smashed the opponent’s bowlers along with former captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who also hit a century, all over the park to bring a win for his side.
A veteran of 304 ODIs, Yuvraj last donned the India jersey against the West Indies in June last year at North Sound in Antigua. The man of the series of 2011 World Cup at home, Yuvraj has scored 8,701 runs and taken 111 wickets in the ODIs. He also has played 40 Tests with three hundreds.
