At a time when the sporting scenario has come to a standstill, many players are resorting to many methods to keep themselves busy. While some have been doing Instagram live and Twitter Q&A sessions, some have embraced TikTok to spend their idle time. Some have even dished out various XI of all sorts amid the pandemic. Indian players have been no different as many cricketers have notched up their social media activity during this time.
India international Suresh Raina also continued the trend and conducted a Twitter Q&A on Saturday where he answered a plethora of questions. Along with cricketing questions, the left-hander also spilled the beans on many personal choices.
During the Q&A, a fan asked Raina about the actor whom he would prefer in his biopic. “If a movie is made on you which actor would you prefer? Or would you act urself?” asked a fan. Raina responded by taking the name of Dulquer Salmaan and Shahid Kapoor. Both Dulquer and Shahid have been quite successful in their respective medium of films.
“I think Dulquer Salmaan or Shahid Kapoor .. what do you suggest,” responded Raina to the fan.

The left-hander was set to don the Chennai Super Kings jersey in the thirteenth edition of the IPL. However, considering the current situation across the globe, the feasibility of the tournament is still bleak. Raina has been sidelined for a while now from the national side as his last appearance for India was in 2018 in an ODI against England at Leeds.
Raina, who has been trying to bounce back in the national side, was recently in news for his request to the BCCI to allow Indian players to participate in foreign leagues. As per the rules, an ‘active Indian player’ is only allowed to play domestic cricket and IPL.
Although the player is allowed to play foreign leagues once he retires from Indian cricket – including IPL. Raina had requested the board to change this policy so that out-of-favour players can get match practice by plying their trade in foreign leagues.
