A top batsman in both the forms of the game, Andy Flower was a lone, valiant fighter and saviour for his side on many occasions. Averaging over 50 in tests, Andy Flower’s game was never dependent on the surface and conditions, as he was a class player capable enough to handle any bowler in any conditions with a cricket bat in his hands. His cool, calm head and virtuous batting were responsible for many famous wins that his side racked up during his time. He has played over 200 ODIs and has a batting average of 35. Known to possess one of the sharpest cricketing brains, Flower also had a stint with England as its head years after his retirement from the game.
