Team India completed another emphatic victory over the home team England during the second T20I match played at Edgbaston, Birmingham. The Men in Blue were in some trouble during the first innings, but some disciplined bowling from the visitors ensured that they gain a lead of 2-0 in a three-match series.
Meanwhile, a photo shared by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on social media platforms is going viral where former Indian skipper MS Dhoni can be seen in the Indian dressing room and having a chat with Indian players and staff including the wicketkeeper-batter Ishan Kishan.

Talking more about the match, the Three Lions won the toss and opted to have a bowl first. Skipper Rohit Sharma was joined by Rishabh Pant to open the innings and they gave a perfect start to the team as the visitors reached the 50-run mark before the end of fielding restrictions, but lost their skipper in the process.
The Men in Blue continued to lose wickets at regular intervals with Virat Kohli and Pant getting out in quick succession. Suryakumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya could not do much with the bat, however, Ravindra Jadeja played an excellent knock of 46 runs off just 29 balls, smashing five fours and ensuring that his team touches the 170-run mark.
In reply, senior pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar got the better of England skipper Jos Buttler yet again and he also scalped the big wicket of Jason Roy, giving India a perfect start. Several other England batters including Moeen Ali, Dawid Malan, Liam Livingstone and Harry Brook got decent starts but failed to play a big knock. As a result, India won the match by 49 runs, and Bhuvneshwar being adjudged player of the match for scalping three crucial wickets in just three overs.
