Eng-W vs PAK-W Head to Head record in Women’s World Cup history
Pakistan is yet to win against England in World Cup fixtures.
England and Pakistan will face each other in the 24th ODI of the Women’s World Cup 2022 at the Hagley Oval in Christchurch. The women in blue have won two in a row now, and have got their campaign back on track after a horrific start to the tournament, with three losses on the trot. However, they still have to win both their remaining fixtures to stand a chance of making it to the semi-finals.
On the other hand, Pakistan managed to win their first game of the tournament with an inspiring performance against the West Indies in their previous game. They are reeling at the bottom of the table at the moment and will need to win both their games by a big margin, which seems improbable.
Head to Head record:
Such has been the domination by the women in blue in the fixtures between the two sides that Pakistan is yet to register a victory against them in ODIs. In the 11 ODIs so far, England has managed to win 10 games, while one has ended in a no-result. Meanwhile, all three games in the World Cup fixtures have ended in favor of England so far.

She has scored three centuries and one half-century against the subcontinent nation, with the highest score of 168 not out. Meanwhile, Katherine Brunt has the most wickets (25) in the meetings in 17 games at an average of 16.92, with the best figures of four for 14.
Last World Cup meeting:
Both these teams met at the previous Women’s World Cup 2017 in the fifth match at Leicester, and Pakistan looked no match for the defending champions in the contest. The women in green elected to field after winning the toss and they had a long day in the field as the England batters ripped apart the bowling attack. Heather Knight and Nat Sciver’s centuries helped England post a big total of 377 on the board in their 50 overs for the loss of seven wickets.
In reply, the Pakistan women needed 215 in 29.2 overs to win the game by Duckworth-Lewis (D/L) method, and they ended 107 runs short of the target despite having seven wickets in hand. Ayesha Zafar scored an unbeaten half-century, while Naini Abidi stayed not out on 23. The target looked out of reach for the Pakistan side and they never looked like going for a win as well.
