The parody accounts of the prominent celebrities have always managed to get a lot of attention. When it comes to sports, the cricketers have found a lot of parody accounts in their names. It is worth noting that these accounts have managed to garner a lot of fame. The most recent addition to this list is the parody account of Ravichandran Ashwin. The ace Indian cricketer has his Twitter handle with the id @ashwinravi99.
The parody account has a very similar account name and is run by the id @ashwinravi999. It is indeed very difficult to figure out the original one at the first glance. Also, both the accounts have the same name ‘Ashwin Ravichandran’. Moreover, the parody account holder also used the same display picture that Ravichandran Ashwin has used in his official account.
Recently, the parody account sent the fan world in a frenzy. The account posted an update about a musician on its handle. Soon, it fetched a lot of retweets and likes. The tweet gained immense popularity with the fans being unable to distinguish between the account and the actual one.
It was only a matter of time that even R Ashwin saw the tweet posted by the fake account. He saw the tweet and could not stop laughing. He expressed his amusement on the tweet. And he ended up wishing the musician, the one that the fake account referred to in his tweet, nevertheless for his great work.
