Match 3 of Pondicherry Women's T20 League 2023 will be played between Angels Women and Diamonds Women at Cricket Association Puducherry Ground 3 on Tuesday (July 18). Both teams lost their opening game and will look to get their first victory of the season.

Angels Women squared off against Queens Women, where Queens Women opted to bat after winning the toss. Queens Women posted 111/8 on the board as skipper Nadhini Chandrasekaran top-scored with 28(39). Shilpa Sahu scalped four wickets. Angels Women failed to chase the target as they managed to score 105/7 with a contribution from Payal Balmik of 52 runs off 47, which went in vain. Chandrasekaran picked up two wickets, and four bowlers shared one wicket each.

Diamonds Women squared off against Princess Women and had to bowl after losing the toss. Princess Women posted 136/5 on the board as Nihari BVV top-scored with 45(46). Sayali A Lonkar scored 39*(24). Diamond Women were bundled out for 60 runs in 16.4 overs and lost the match by 76 runs. Kavisha Elayaperumal scalped three wickets, and Sherly Bonaro and Abirame Ramamurth picked up two wickets each.
