The 31st match of the KCC T20 Challengers Cup 2024 will be played between AI Sayer and MEC Study Group at Sulaibiya Cricket Ground on Friday (February 9). AI Sayer won their first game, while MEC Study Group lost their first match. 

AI Sayer played their first match against Super XI Strikers, where they restricted Super XI Strikers to 131 in 20 overs. Khuram Ahmed scalped three wickets. They chased the target in 16.2 overs and won the match by five wickets. Skipper Mohammad Sohel scored 81* off 56 and took them towards victory.

MEC Study Group played their first game against Cochin Hurricanes, where Cochin Hurricanes were bundled out for 128 in 19.2 overs. Waqas Ali Hussain was the pick of the bowlers as he scalped four wickets. MEC Study Group failed to chase the target as they scored 125/6 and lost the game by three runs.
