Preview
Australia (AUS) will be up against West Indies (WI) in the 2nd T20I of the West Indies tour of Australia at the Adelaide Oval in Adelaide on February 11. After utter domination in the ODI series, Australia started their domination in the T20Is as well and won the first game easily. However, this is a format where the Windies are the strongest and would be eyeing a comeback in the second game.
Both these teams had squared off against each other in the first game of the series which was played at the Bellerive Oval in Hobart where West Indies won the toss and elected to field. Australians were sensational right from the start as both their openers looked in brilliant touch. Especially, David Warner looked dangerous and played a fantastic knock of 70 off 36 balls. The middle order did falter in the middle but then the pair of Tim David and Matthew Wade gave them the dream finish and they ended up with a total of 213 runs on the board.
A target of 214 was not something that could not have been achieved, especially for the dangerous batting lineup of the West Indies. They needed to start well and they got so as well. They had an opening stand of 89 runs where Brandon King smashed a half-century. Johnson Charles also played a good knock of 42. However, similar to their opponents, the batters to follow could not continue it well but the difference between both the innings came out to be the partnership Tim and Wade had made down the order. The Windies eventually lost the game by 11 runs.

Player Picks
David Warner AUS | BAT
Warner was sensational in the last game as he gave a brilliant start because of which Australia could reach such a big total. He could be the captain you are looking for.
Adam Zampa AUS | BOWL
Zampa did not just bowled economically but scalped multiple wickets too. He picked up three wickets maintaining just an economy of
Andre Russell WI | ALL
Although Russell could not contribute much with the bat, but so is the quality of this player that he still made a huge impact. He scalped three wickets and can be made your captain.
Brandon King WI | BAT
Brandon was the highest scorer from the Windies camp and his knock of 53 gave hope to his side for the win. He is a must-have pick for your team.
Tim David AUS | BAT
David is one of the best finishers of the game in this format worldwide. He did his job very well playing just 17 games and smashing four boundaries and two huge sixes taking his total to 37 runs.
Nicholas Pooran WI | WK
Pooran is coming from red-hot form in the ILT20 league where he led his side from the front. Although he could not perform too well but would be expected to do in this game.
Sean Abbott AUS | ALL
Abbott is coming after a brilliant ODI series which was held just before this T20I series. Although he could scalp just one wicket in the last match but is expected to do well in the coming games.
Jason Holder WI | ALL
Holder is a quality player who can contribute to his team from all sides. He scored 34 runs with the bat and remained unbeaten while scalped one wicket with the ball.
Marcus Stoinis AUS | BAT
Stoinis could not perform with the bat in the last match but he did make an impact with the ball. He picked up two wickets and can be a good budget pick.
Avoid Having These Players In Your Fantasy Sports Team
Mitchell Marsh
AUS | ALL
Although Marsh is the skipper of the Aussies side, but he looked like a weak link in the last game. He can be left out of your team.
Akeal Hosein
WI | BOWL
Akeal could not contribute much to his team in the last match either with the bat or ball. He should not find a place in your fantasy side.
