Delhi Capitals Women will take on UP Warriorz Women in the eighth match of the Women's Premier League 2025. This match will be played at Kotambi Stadium. 32 matches will be played in the group stages. The top team in the leaderboard will directly qualify for the final. Teams in the following two positions will play against each other in the eliminator, the winner of which will face the top team in the table in the grand finale.

On the other hand, UP Warriorz suffered a defeat in the opening match against Gujarat Giants. They were put into bat first and restricted to just 143. It was a below par score and although the UP bowlers started well it was an easy chase for Gardner and co. They also lost their previous match against Delhi Capitals and will be keen to bounce back and this promises to be an exciting match.
