Kashi Rudras had last squared off against Lucknow Falcons, where Kashi Rudras won the toss and elected to bowl. Falcons, having a top-heavy team, started strongly and had an opening stand of 62 runs in six overs. Once they lost the first wicket, they kept losing wickets at regular intervals and could only score 142 in a rain-entailed inning of 16 overs. Rudras, in reply, left no stones unturned right from the start, making an aggressive approach to the chase. They easily won the match by nine wickets.
