Afghanistan won their last T20I game by four wickets after chasing down the target of 127 runs in 18.3 overs with four wickets in hand. They have made a few changes to the squad that faced the UAE. Darwish Rasooli, Sediqullah Atal, and Mohammad Ishaq have been dropped from the squad. Ikram Alikhil, Gulbadin Naib, and Mujeeb Ur Rahman have been included.
