India (IND) will be up against England (ENG) in the third Test of the England tour of India at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot from February 15. The series is poised evenly between both teams as India managed to pull off a victory in the last game and equal the series 1-1. They start this game as favourites as well.
Both these teams had squared off against each other in the second match of the series where India won the toss and elected to bat first. Jaiswal was sensational in the first innings as he was the lone batter from one side and held the fort as he notched up his first double-century and propelled the team to a total of 396 runs. The English openers gave a brilliant start where they looked attacking. Zak Crawley played a fantastic knock but did not receive much help from the other end as they were bowled out for 253 with a deficit of 143.
India started aggressively in the third innings but lost both their openers cheaply. However, it was number three, Shubhman Gill who brought glory with the bat this time around as he smashed a ton after long and the team managed to reach a total of 255 and gave England a target of 399 runs. Crawley was again brilliant right from the start and looked threatening. Other batters around him got starts but none of them could convert which came to hurt them as they were bowled out for 292 and lost the game by 106 runs.

Player Picks
Jasprit Bumrah IND | BOWL
Bumrah has been the star of the series so far and there is not a grain of doubt about that. He should definitely be made captain of your fantasy team for this game.
Tom Hartley ENG | BOWL
Hartley has really impressed everyone with his performances. Not only he is the leading spinner of the series with 14 scalps but has scored 114 runs with the bat too.
Yashasvi Jaiswal IND | BAT
Jaiswal was phenomenal in the last game as he slammed his first double-ton. He has accumulated a total of 321 runs in the series and can be a wise choice for leadership roles.
Ravichandran Ashwin IND | ALL
Even though Ashwin has looked off-colour so far in the series he still has nine wickets and 78 runs to his name. He would be expected to come to the party now.
Ravindra Jadeja IND | ALL
Jadeja could not play the last game and India certainly did miss him. In the first game that he did play, he scored 89 runs and scalped five wickets making him a must-have for this game.
Ollie Pope ENG | BAT
Pope has been the English batter who has looked the most comfortable so far. From four innings, he has smashed 243 runs with an average of 60.75.
Zak Crawley ENG | BAT
Crawley has truly adopted the Bazball and has been starting the English innings with an aggressive approach. He has smashed 200 runs already in the series.
Rohit Sharma IND | BAT
Indian skipper Rohit Sharma has not been able to do so far what he is usually famous for. Keeping in mind the quality of the player that he is, he would certainly be expected to score well in this game.
Avoid Having These Players In Your Fantasy Sports Team
Srikar Bharat
IND | WK
Bharat has not looked in too great of touch with the bat so far. He can be left out from your fantasy team.
Mukesh Kumar
IND | BOWL
Mukesh was quite ineffective in the last game and with Siraj fit now, he might not get a chance to play in this game and so should not be placed in your team.
