India (IND) will take England (ENG) in the 29th game of the ODI World Cup 2023 on Sunday (October 29) at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow. India have been the only undefeated team in the tournament and are in second place in the rankings. England have won just one of five game and are in second-last position in the points table.
India faced New Zealand in their last game and elected to bowl after winning the toss. New Zealand were bundled out for 273 runs in 50 overs. Rachin Ravindra and Daryl Mitchell helped the team reach this total after a disappointing start. Ravindra made 75 runs off 87 deliveries, while Mitchell scored 130 runs off 127 deliveries. Mohammed Shami was the pick of the bowlers for India as he picked five wickets for 54 runs in 10 overs. India chased down the target of 274 runs in 48 overs and won the game by four wickets. Virat Kohli missed on a well-deserved century as he was dismissed after scoring 95 runs off 104 deliveries.
England locked horns with Sri Lanka in their last game and elected to bat after winning the toss. England were never in the game and completely surrendered against the Lankan bowlers. They could only post 156 runs on the board before getting bundled out in 33.2 overs. Ben Stokes was the only batter who scored more than 30 runs for the team. Sri Lanka had no trouble chasing down such a mere total and won the game in 25.4 overs with eight wickets in hand.

He was out for just two runs in his World Cup debut in the last game and can be avoided in fantasy teams for this game.
Jonny Bairstow
ENG | WK
He has scored more than 35 runs just once in his last nine innings and might not be the right pick for your fantasy team.
