India (IND) will be up against Pakistan (PAK) in the third match of the Super Four round of the Asia Cup 2023 at the R Premdasa Stadium in Colombo on September 10. India played two games in the league stage, where they won one and finished in second position in Group A. Pakistan, on the other hand, played a match in the Super Four stage, which they won against Bangladesh.
India had squared off against Nepal in their last match, where India won the toss and elected to bowl. Against the Indian bowling line-up, Nepal had a fantastic start as they amassed 65 runs for the opening stand. However, once the opening partnership broke, they lost wickets in a bunch, which pushed them back, but some brilliant performances towards the end helped them reach a decent total of 230. Due to interruptions from rain, the match was reduced to 23 overs, and India were given a target of 145, which they reached easily as the openers dominated Nepal and won the match by ten wickets.
Pakistan had played against Bangladesh in their last match, where Bangladesh won the toss and elected to bat. Bangladesh could not make the most of the batting track they had on offer, as they lost the top order cheaply. It wasn't until the fifth wicket that they had a decent partnership. A couple of good knocks from Shakib and Rahim helped them post a total of 193 runs on the board. Pakistan did not face too much of a challenge in chasing such a total down. They won the match comfortably by seven wickets with more than ten overs to spare.

Player Picks
Babar Azam PAK | BAT
Azam played a wonderful knock in the tournament and has amassed 168 runs to his name. His consistency makes him a good contender to lead your team.
Rohit Sharma IND | BAT
Rohit made a brilliant comeback in the last game, where he smashed an unbeaten 74. He would be looking forward to keeping up his form in this game as well and can be the one to lead your side.
Haris Rauf PAK | BOWL
Rauf has been the most successful bowler of the tournament, with nine scalps under his belt in three matches. You cannot form your team without him being present in it.
Avoid Having These Players In Your Fantasy Sports Team
Mohammad Nawaz
PAK | ALL
Nawaz has failed to impress in his run so far in the tournament. He should not find a place in your team.
Agha Salman
PAK | BAT
Salman has been able to score just 17 runs so far playing all three matches. He can be left out of your fantasy team.
