KRM Panthers will lock horns with GAT in the 2nd semi-final of the KCC T20 Challengers Cup 2024 at Sulaibiya Cricket Ground on Wednesday (March 6). Both sides will look to grab that second spot in the final.

KRM Panthers played the first quarter-final against Cochin Hurricanes, where they posted 195/4 on the board. Abdul Gayaz Shaikh 66(43) and Rijil Venugopal 54* (42) and led them towards this total. They restricted Cochin Hurricanes to 146/9 and won the match by 49 runs. Sunil Musthafa scalped four wickets. While his teammate, Mohammad Kafait picked up three wickets.

GAT faced off against Renegades CC in the second quarter-final, where they scored 199/8 in 20 overs. Skipper Nithin Varughese 45 (37) and Sarath Vasudev 44* (20) were the top scorers. They restricted Renegades CC to 133 in 19.3 overs and won the game by 66 runs. Skipper Nithin Varughese picked up three wickets.
