Batting from Pondicherry North XI, Aravind Akash RS scored the highest runs (55), followed by Vikram Kumar (28). Pondicherry North XI lost nine wickets while scoring 138 runs. When Karaikal XI came to bat, Gopal Thivagar scored the highest runs (37), followed by Thamizhazhagan R, who scored 31 runs. Karaikal successfully chased their target and won the match by one wicket. 

Pondicherry West XI last fought with Pondicherry South XI in the second semi-final match of the tournament, where Karaikal XI won the toss and elected to bowl. Batting from Pondicherry South XI, Tharun J scored the highest runs (31), followed by Vinay Pratap Singh (15). Pondicherry South XI got all out while scoring 89 runs. When Pondicherry West XI came to bat, the opening pair of Logesh P and L Nishank hit the winning runs. Logesh P scored 53 runs, and L Nishank scored 39 runs. Pondicherry West XI won the match by ten wickets.
