Dubai Capitals will take on MI Emirates in the fourth match of the International League T20 (ILT20) 2025. This match will be played at Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Each of the six teams will play each other twice in the league stage. The teams that finish in the top two of the table will play Qualifier 1, with the winner advancing to the final. The teams finishing third and fourth will participate in an Eliminator, a knockout fixture. The winner of the Eliminator will then play the losing team of Qualifier 1 to decide the second finalist. Dubai will host Qualifier 1 and the final, Abu Dhabi the eliminator while Qualifier 2 will take place in Sharjah.

The tournament will run till February 9 with a total of 34 games - 30 league games, two qualifiers, one eliminator and a final. This is the same as the last two seasons. Sharjah and Abu Dhabi are the other two venues. The last season was dominated by Emirates from start to finish. They topped the group stage and won the title. Pooran will lead the side. 

The opening match of the season was between these two sides where Dubai Capitals picked up a win by 1 run in what was a thrilling game of cricket. Dubai Capitals having been put into bat first managed just 133 and it looked below par at the half way mark. But a flurry of wickets to begin with in powerplay put Dubai Capitals right back into the game. But Pooran and Akeal ensured the recovery was done and MIE were cruising with just 21 needed of 19 balls but the wicket of Pooran changed the game completely and Dubai Capitals were victorious in the end. This promises to be another good match.
