On July 10, Middlesex Titans and Middlesex United Stars will square off in the 3/4 place play-off game at Sabina Park in Kingston. 

Middlesex United Stars' success this season has been fueled by their opening players, particularly Sykiane Wilson, whose explosive skills at the top allowed them to better manage the run flow. Before entering the playoffs, they successfully chased the target with the loss of two wickets in their most recent game. Added to that, they defended a score of less than 90, participating in a super over game that ultimately cost them, followed by an 8-wicket victory in the final league game, showing their excellent form. They are losing fewer than five wickets a game now, which is evidence of their extraordinary batting performance. They believe they can easily advance if their bowlers provide just a little assistance.

The Middlesex Titans have similar statistics to their playoff opponent, the Middlesex United Stars. Their bowlers never allowed the opponent's batters to post over 100 runs in their last five games. For instance, in recent games, they dented the opponent batters to restrict under 70 and 80 runs, where their bowlers played a massive role in it. Their batters share the responsibility, as their top three batters have very little difference in their scores, but all three were way under the batters of Middlesex United Stars. They believe that they can once again collapse the opponent's batters to seal the deal on the big stage.
