Manipal Tigers (MNT) will face Southern Super Stars (SSS) in the 11th match of the Legends League Cricket 2024 on Tuesday, October 1, at the Lalabhai Contractor Stadium in Surat. The Super Stars defeated Gujarat Greats in their last outing by eight wickets after chasing down the target of 124 runs in 14.3 overs. Subodh Bhati was the pick of the bowlers for the Super Stars and picked two wickets for 24 runs in three overs. Hamilton Masakadza played a knock of 41 runs off 27 deliveries and won the Player of the Match award.

The Tigers faced India Capitals in their last outing and the match was abandoned due to rain. Before this, their match against Konark Suryas Odisha was also abandoned. Their first game of the season was also against the Suryas. The Suryas were able to post a mere 104 runs for the loss of nine wickets in 20 overs. Anureet Singh and Obus Pienaar took two wickets each for the Tigers. The Tigers didn’t have the same kind of outing with the bat as they lost the first five wickets for just 21 runs. Only three batters managed to pile up a double-digit score. The Tigers finished with 102 runs for the loss of eight wickets and lost the match by a mere margin of two runs.
