Namibia will be up against Zimbabwe in the 5th T20I of the Zimbabwe tour of Namibia at the United Cricket Club Ground in Windhoek on October 30. The series is poised very well between both these teams as they both have won two games each and go into the decider with an equal chance of winning the series.

Both these teams squared off against each other in the last match, the fourth T20I match of this series, at the same venue where Zimbabwe won the toss and elected to bat. They were decent with the bat right from the start. After the fall of the first wicket at 17, they had a good partnership of 43 runs for the second one and seemed to have built a good stage for the middle order to come. However, the middle order could not take up the job from there as they struggled to find regular boundaries. They still managed to score 153 runs by the end of the innings.

In reply, Namibia went all guns blazing right from the start as both their openers decimated the opposition bowlers. They added 82 runs for the first wicket in just eight overs of the game, smashing at a brilliant run rate. They lost two wickets back-to-back, but it did not create much of an issue as they had another fantastic partnership for the third wicket. Namibia’s whole batting unit looked well-oiled and functioning well together as one unit, as they easily chased down the total and won the match by seven wickets with eight balls to spare.
