Nepal will lock horns with Oman in the Final match of the T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur on November 5. Nepal has been right on the money, registering two wins in their three matches and finishing in second place in Group A. Oman, on the other hand, has an even better record with three wins from three games and finished top of the table in Group A.
Nepal squared off against UAE in their last encounter, where UAE won the toss and elected to bat. Proving the decision correct, they started aggressively and had the opening stand of 29 runs in three overs. However, once they lost the first wicket, the scoring rate dropped, and they kept losing wickets one after the other. They managed to put up a total of 134 runs on the board. Nepal chased down the total like a walk in the park as they dominated the entire chase. Aasif Sheikh led the chase with his unbeaten fifty and won his team the game by eight wickets.
Oman played against Bahrain in their last game, where Bahrain won the toss and elected to bat. After losing the first wicket early, they had a good second-wicket partnership, but once the partnership broke, they never really could get together to add another significant partnership. A couple of players got starts, but none of them could capitalise, and as a result, they could only score 106. Oman bossed the chase around as they reached the target in just 14 overs, and that too without losing any wickets.

Player Picks
Aqib Ilyas OMN | ALL
Ilyas has been a force to reckon with in this tournament, scalping eight wickets as well as scoring 73 runs in four games. He can lead your fantasy team well.
Zeeshan Maqsood OMN | ALL
Maqsood has put up a good all-round performance with 114 runs and five wickets in just four matches. He can be another fine choice to captain your side.
Avoid Having These Players In Your Fantasy Sports Team
Shoaib Khan
OMN | BAT
Shoaib has had a terrible tournament so far, with just five runs under his belt. He should be dropped from your side.
Mohammad Nadeem
OMN | ALL
Nadeem has had a pretty ordinary tournament as well, scoring just 23 runs and taking one wicket. He should not find a place in your team.
