Player Picks
Dasun Shanaka SL | ALL
The Sri Lankan skipper was the top run-getter for his team against India in the last ODIs. He scored an admirable unbeaten hundred and took four wickets in two domestic List A games.
Tom Latham NZ | WK
The star wicketkeeper-batter will be leading the team in the absence of Kane Williamson. Latham struggled for big knocks in the recent Tests against Sri Lanka but remains in good form in white-ball cricket.
Kusal Mendis SL | WK
The Sri Lankan wicketkeeper-batter was excellent in the Tests against New Zealand and will be looking to carry the momentum in ODIs. He has scored over 2500 ODI runs with two centuries and 20 fifties so far.
Pathum Nissanka SL | BAT
The young Sri Lankan opener was not part of the recent Tests against New Zealand but remains a crucial figure of the ODI team. He smashed 72 off 80 in the last ODI against India and should be in the Dream11 Team at any cost.
Glenn Phillips NZ | WK
The star batting all-rounder is yet to make a big impact in ODIs and will be looking to grab this opportunity. Glenn has scored two fifties and a big century in his last three first-class matches for Otago.
Wanindu Hasaranga SL | ALL
The star Sri Lankan spinner enters this series after impressive performances in domestic cricket across formats. Hasaranga has taken 39 wickets and has scored 710 runs from 37 ODI matches so far.
Dhananjaya de Silva SL | ALL
The experienced batting all-rounder made 191 runs across two Tests against New Zealand but struggled for wickets. Dhananjaya has scored 1393 runs with eight fifties and has taken 37 wickets from 65 ODIs so far.
Ish Sodhi NZ | BOWL
The veteran Kiwi spinner will be leading the spin attack with Mitchell Santner and Michael Bracewell missing the series. Sodhi will be returning to ODIs after seven years and will be looking to make an instant impact.
Chad Bowes NZ | BAT
The 30-year-old top-order batter is in contention to make his debut in the upcoming game. Bowes has scored two hundreds and one fifty in his last five overall games and costs only 6.5 credits on the Dream11 Team.
