Renegades will lock horns with GAT in the 2nd Quarterfinal match of the KCC T20 Challengers Cup at the Sulaibiya Cricket Ground in Kuwait on March 1. Renegades were the table toppers of Group B winning all their five games while GAT won four of their five matches and finished second in Group C.

Renegades played against Friends XI in their last match where Renegades won the toss and elected to bowl. Friends did not start well as they kept losing wickets from one end however Shahinul Islam stood his ground from one end and kept scoring runs. His half-century and aid from some other batters led them to a total of 156. Renegades did not start too well either but they were doing a decent job with the bat. A couple of batters had good partnerships due to which they were able to chase down the total and win the game by five wickets.

GAT squared off against Jeleeb Knight Riders in their last encounter where GAT won the toss and elected to bat. Mohammad Faysal played such a knock that he outbatted the entire team of GAT. He was aided well by other batters who played second fiddle and smashed the bowlers around posted a huge total of 209 runs. After a brilliant performance with the bat, they returned to do a great job with the ball too as they kept chipping in with the wickets at regular intervals. They bowled out GAT for just 89 winning the game by a huge margin of 120 runs.
