Sloggers will lock horns with Rugby CC in the 15th match of the European Cricket T10 Gibraltar at the Europa Sports Complex in Gibraltar on January 28. Sloggers have won two matches from five that they have played and are third in the rankings. Rugby CC, on the other hand, have won and lost three matches each. They are placed second in the standings. 

Sloggers faced Entainers in their last encounter and managed to win the match by six runs (D/L method). Sloggers had won the toss and chose to bat. Owing to brilliant batting performances from Bryan Zammit and Kayron Stagno, they posted a total of 84 at the loss of four wickets in 10 overs. Entertainers when returned to bat, were going at a rapid pace and looked comfortable in chasing the score but were interrupted by rain. The game couldn’t continue and it was decided that the Entainers lacked the target score by six runs by D/L method. Rugby CC faced Pirates in a thrilling game where Rugby came out victorious by two runs. They too had won the toss and chose to bat where they amassed a total of 99 for the loss of just two wickets which included a brilliant half century from Iain Latin. Pirates returned to bat and with great contribution from Jonathan West were heading to chase the total but remained short by two runs.
