Paul Walter and Matthew Kuhnemann took two wickets each for the Heat. Heat scored 104 runs for the loss of four wickets in 14.3 overs before the match got interrupted due to rain. Paul Walter had hit two boundaries of the first three balls of the 15th over. Heat were three runs ahead of the DLS par score and won this match by three runs. Walter won the Player of the Match award.
