Sussex will lock horns with Warwickshire in the 72nd match of the Royal London One-Day Cup 2023 at the County Ground in Hove on August 22. Sussex have played seven games where they have won just one and are languishing at the bottom of the table. Warwickshire, on the other hand, have an exact opposite record where they have won six from seven matches and are at the top of the table.
Sussex had squared off against Worcestershire in their last encounter, where Sussex won the toss and they elected to bat. Sussex did not start well and kept losing wickets at regular intervals. They could not even bat through their innings completely and were bowled out at a score of 190. Worcestershire started aggressively, scoring much faster than required, and did not lose many wickets in the process. They easily won the match by eight wickets, with almost half of their innings left out.
Warwickshire had played against Durham in their last match, where Warwickshire won the toss, and they elected to field. It was as close of a game as it could get and was a high-score drama. With a century from David Bedingham and half-centuries from Lees and Tomas, Durham posted a massive total of 338 runs on the board. The top order of Warwickshire gave them a fantastic start, but their middle order could not continue with it. The match was poised very well, and in a nail-biter of a finish, Durham won by just the margin of one run.

Ed Barnard WAS | ALL
Barnard has been in the form of his life amassing 490 runs and ten wickets in just 10 matches. He must be the one to captain your fantasy side.
Oliver Hannon-Dalby WAS | BOWL
Dalby has been extremely dangerous with the ball this season, having scalped 23 wickets playing just seven games. He can be another such fantastic captain.
Avoid Having These Players In Your Fantasy Sports Team
Michael Booth
WAS | BAT
Booth has not been able to perform to the credit he holds and has scalped just one wicket. He should not be picked up in your team.
Kai Smith
WAS | WK
Smith has played five matches but has been able to score just 35 runs in them. He should be dropped from your fantasy team.
