In a good game of cricket, Nepal started slow and lost an early wicket but had decent partnerships between the batters to amount to a decent total of 115 runs at the loss of six wickets on the board. The knock of 69 off 53 balls from Elsa Hunter was the highlight of the Malaysian innings as his knock went on ahead to be the differentiator between both teams. Malaysia won the game by four wickets with just one ball to spare.
