Kenya and Uganda were knocked out of the Men’s African Games 2024 on Thursday. This meant that the two teams would not play in the final game to win the gold medal. Both sides will now contend for a third place in the tournament.

Uganda (UGA) had played a near-perfect tournament before losing to Namibia in the semi-finals. Till the final four games, Uganda played out of their skin and shone bright with the bat and ball.
