West Indies Women (WI-W) will take on Bangladesh Women (BAN-W) in the third ODI of the Bangladesh Women tour of West Indies. This match will be played at Warner Park in St Kitts. The first ODI turned out to be a lopsided contest as West Indies outplayed Bangladesh completely to win the match by nine wickets. It was complete dominance led by West Indies captain Hayley Matthews who put up an all-round performance. Bangldesh Women won the second match of the series. 

In the opening match after being put into bat, Bangladesh got off to a good start initially with Sharmin Akhter and Murshida Khatun playing well to help Bangladesh reach 115/2, however, Hayley Matthews dismissed both the batters, and that caused a collapse which meant the visitors could muster up only 198 in their fifty overs. It was a below-par total on a surface that was playing well. West Indies chased it down in under 32 overs with skipper Hayley Matthews hitting sixteen fours in her unbeaten knock of 104 and her opening partner Qiana Joseph was also explosive hitting four sixes in her knock of 70 as West Indies chased down the target with nine wickets and 18 overs spare.

In the second match Bangladesh posted 184 runs batting first and it was again not a good score but the bowlers stepped up and West Indies crumbled against spin to get bowled out for 124. The series is nicely poised 1-1 and this is a crucial match for both these teams.
