Zimbabwe (ZIM) will take on Afghanistan (AFG) in the second match of the ODI Series. This match will be played at Harare Sports Club. Persistent rain has had the final say and the opening match was abandonded due to rain. Shahidi won the toss and put Zimbabwe into bat but only 9.2 overs of play was possible as Zimbabwe were reduced to 44/5 with the ball hooping around and Azmatullah made merry by picking up four wickets. Unfortunately, no more play was possible due to rain and the game was called off. The second ODI will also be played at the same venue and hopefully, we can get an uninterrupted match this time around.
