Zimbabwe Women (ZIM-W) will take on Papua New Guinea Women (PNG-W) in the third and final ODI of the Papua New Guinea Women Tour of Zimbabwe 2024. Having dominated the first two matches, the home team currently leads the series 2-0. PNG will aim to end the 50-over contest on a positive note before moving into the T20I cricket action.
Zimbabwe won the first match by seven wickets as they chased down a target of 178 in just 38.5 overs. Half-centuries from Chipo Mugeri-Tiripano and Mary-Anne Musonda led the way for ZIM-W’s comprehensive victory. They extended their lead with a two-wicket win in the second match. This time the visitors put up a great effort while defending a below-par target of 126.
The final ODI is scheduled to take place on Thursday, March 28, at the Harare Sports Club in Harare. The same venue will also host the three-match 20-over series starting March 30. As we head into an exciting affair, let's take a look at the pitch report, average score, predicted XIs, fantasy teams, and many more.
