Harbhajan Singh makes Sourav Ganguly dance to 'Senorita' song on national television

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) President Sourav Ganguly is one of the most dignified personalities in cricket. Right from his playing days, he lived upto his nickname of the Prince of Kolkata, given that he always used only the best things possible and ever since going into administration has worked on making the Indian board the best in the world.

Meanwhile, he is also remembered as one of the shyest cricketers in the world. Yes, people will remind about the day he took off his shirt in front of thousands of spectators and was one of the most aggressive skippers going around. But he is also credited for building an Indian team that stood up to the best of the best teams of his era. He groomed young players into world-beaters, some of whom share a good rapport with him to this day.

Harbhajan Singh’s career flourished under the captaincy of Sourav Ganguly

One of those players that got guidance and support from Ganguly was off-spinner Harbhajan Singh. Singh had made his debut in 1998, but came into his own in 2001 under Ganguly’s leadership with the historic home Test series against Australia and never looked back since. Recently, Harbhajan, along with few of his former teammates, who all became known names under the former skipper’s tutelage, was invited on a game show hosted by him.

Sourav Ganguly hosts a game show by the name of Dadagiri Unlimited, Bengali quiz show and it featured the likes of Virender Sehwag, VVS Laxman, Mohammad Kaif, Harbhajan Singh and Zaheer Khan, along with R Ashwin, on the episode which aired on Sunday. During the show, the usually serious Ganguly was seen having some fun along with his proteges and Harbhajan Singh even made the host dance, a sight that has never been seen on national TV.

Renowned singer Usha Uthup was also gracing the show and started singing famous song Senorita, which led to Harbhajan shaking a leg and he asked Dada to join him with Sehwag, Zaheer and others clapping for the duo. Sourav Ganguly looked a bit hesitant but soon started dancing and the result was absolutely brilliant.
