It seems MS Dhoni’s dashing cool look has inspired fellow cricketers to try a new and different look when it comes to hairstyles. All-rounder Hardik Pandya has followed his mentor and close friend Dhoni in this regard and has got himself a haircut from none other than hairstylist Aalim Hakim. He was also the one who gave Dhoni a new look last month.
Pandya was last seen during India’s tour of Sri Lanka. The 27-year-old had a dismal outing and could not quite get going with bat and ball. After returning from the Island nation, the junior Pandya wanted to try some different styles, rather than maintaining the same one. This is not the first time that the all-rounder has been to Hakim for a haircut. Previously, too he has trusted the renowned hair stylist for haircuts.
After getting himself a sleek haircut, Pandya immediately posted the pictures on his official Instagram account on Thursday (12 August). He also gave a fitting caption for the post and wrote, “Forever the best? thanks, @aalimhakim bhai,” Hardik wrote while posting the picture. He seems to have loved the new hairdo.
Hardik’s wife Natasa Stankovic was quick to comment on the post and complimented him by putting fire heart eyes emojis on the comment section.

Hardik Pandya set to find his form in the IPL
It’s a known fact that the all-rounder is one of the crucial players for India, owing to the balance he provides in the team. Although he returned to bowling during the six white-ball games against Sri Lanka, he could not have much impact. With the second half of the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) set to be staged in the UAE from September 19, Hardik would be hoping to do well for Mumbai Indians in their reaming fixtures.
Mumbai Indians are set to lock horns with Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the first match of the UAE leg, and the junior Pandya would love to have a good game and carry that momentum in the rest of the match. With the ICC T20 World Cup 2021 set to begin in Oman and the UAE from October 17, Pandya finding form is crucial for India.
