Hardik Pandya gets interim relief from Rajasthan High Court in KWK controversy
Pandya has been facing hardships ever since the beginning of the year.

Subsequently, he was banned by BCCI’s Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators (CoA) and he was sent back midway from the Australia tour.
However, the ban got lifted soon after, much to the relief of the youngster. Subsequently, the 25-year-old Baroda cricketer resumed his cricketing duties and made his comeback in the five-match ODI series against New Zealand a couple of months ago. After the show aired on television and online platforms, an FIR was lodged at the Luni Police Station, Jodhpur by one Devaram Meghwal.
The FIR had Sections 153 (A), 292, 295 (A), 504 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 67 of the Information and Technology Act, 2000 and Section 3 (1) (u) and 3 (1) (v) of the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
