The captain of the Indian cricket team, Virat Kohli, recently revealed about all the prominent personalities within the Indian camp in a recent interview. From Rohit Sharma to Shikhar Dhawan and Yuvraj Singh to Ashish Nehra, none was spared.

Out of all the cricketers who were talked about in detail, one of them was the latest sensation of the Indian cricket team Hardik Pandya. According to the talk show, King Kohli claimed that Hardik Pandya is someone who has no control over his tongue.

Kohli further disclosed that only Punjabi music is played within the India dressing room as most of the players do not have an iPod except for Hardik Pandya, who’s tracklist is full of English songs he doesn’t understand a line of.

“Only Punjabi music plays in the dressing room. Most don’t get their iPods…Hardik Pandya has an iPod, which has only English songs on them…from which he doesn’t know even five words of. He just wants beats and he will keep moving. We get irritated by those songs,” revealed Virat Kohli according to his interview with Gaurav Kapur’s Breakfast with Champions.

Kohli fond of Punjabi and romantic Hindi songs

Kohli then claimed about his love for Punjabi and Hindi songs. “The only other iPod left would be mine, which has Punjabi songs…sometimes Hindi romantic songs are also there, but rest Punjabi. The mood in the dressing room should be kept lively,” further added the captain.

VK then hilariously stated that there is no one as lost as Hardik Pandya who has no control over his tongue. Furthermore, Pandya once called Ravichandran Ashwin as ‘Ravikashyap Ashwin’, leaving one and all in splits.

“I have never seen anyone as lost as Hardik Pandya. He will say anything. He was Ash’s (Ravichandran Ashwin) name a few days back. In a hurry, he said Ravikasyap Ashwin bowls very well. He has absolutely no control over his tongue. He is very good from the heart,” concluded Kohli
