Earlier this year on March 17, Maxwell got engaged to his long time girlfriend Vini Raman. Even some fascinating pictures of the engagement surfaced on social media in which the family members of Aussie all-rounder were spotted wearing the traditional attire of India. There is no doubt over the fact that the couple looks wonderful together. They are never shy of expressing their love for each other openly.

Now, while everyone is in quarantine, Vini Raman took to her Instagram handle and shared some secret pointers of her relationship with the 31-year-old cricketer. She shared each and every detail ranging from the first date the couple went on to who is the better cook between the two.
In her Instagram post, Vini revealed that the couple met for the first time in December 2013 and dated each other for two years and four months. She also cleared that it was Glenn Maxwell who proposed her first while also picking him as the better driver among the two.
Earlier, Glenn Maxwell had opened up about the importance of Vini in his life. He said that it was his fiancee, who helped him in overcoming from his mental health issues due to which the 31-year-old had to take an indefinite break from international cricket. As per him, she was his support system, who handled his mood swings, tantrums while he was suffering from health issues.
“It was actually my partner who suggested I speak to someone, she was the first one who noticed it, so I should probably thank her as well. Once I had that initial conversation it was a big weight off my shoulders. My girlfriend was probably No. 1, it wasn’t an easy job for her to deal with me going through my mood swings for the first few weeks.
“But Michael Lloyd was the guy I had the initial conversation with, he’s been someone who I’ve confided in since back in the academy days, so I’ve known him for well over a decade now,” Maxwell said as quoted by Fox Sports.
