'Heartiest mubaraks' - Shoaib Malik welcomes Angad Bedi and Neha Dhupia to parenthood

It is the season of marriages and having kids in India apparently as a few days after the much-awaited Deepveer wedding (that’s what they call Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh), another Bollywood couple Angad Bedi and Neha Dhupia were blessed with a baby girl. The entire Bollywood, as well as the cricketing community, shared their best wishes for the couple and their little princess.

In Mumbai, where they live, Neha gave birth to their baby at the Women’s Hospital, in Khar. A statement by her publicist said that both mother and daughter ‘are doing great’. It was only on August 24 that the couple announced the pregnancy. They had kept it hidden since Neha feared it might affect work.

Wishes from India and Pakistan

Shoaib Malik who is also close to the couple given the amazing friendship between his better half Sania Mirza and Neha. He also wished the best for the baby and the mother. Malik wrote, “Heartiest mubaraks @NehaDhupia and @Imangadbedi on being blessed with a baby girl MashAllah. May Allah bless her with a life filled with happiness, health and comfort Ameen”

Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh who is friends with Angad and is also a member of the Bollywood husband’s club welcomed them to the parent’s club, “Congratulations @NehaDhupia and @Imangadbedi on being blessed with a baby girl! Welcome to the club!” he wrote.

Sania who just a few weeks ago gave birth to a baby boy also sent kisses and hugs to the new mommy in her tweet and also made them aware that life will not be the same again. She wrote- “Kisses to you and hugs new mommy ⁦@NehaDhupia⁩ and congratulations ⁦@Imangadbedi⁩ on the arrival of your baby girl .. life is never gonna be the same .. 3 weeks of experience talking #playdatesawait”
