Once a pair sets its eyes on the crease, they can aim for big shots and accelerate the pace of innings as well.
In any T20 match, it is very important to have a good partnership in the middle for the batting team to post a good total. This is true for the most popular T20 league IPL as well. Once a pair sets their eyes on the crease, they can aim for big shots and accelerate the pace of innings as well. On the other end, it becomes very difficult for the opposition to control the run flow in such situations. In this article, we will be discussing the 5 highest partnerships in tournament history.
The one common thing among the record tally of partnerships is the name of Virat Kohli. The former India and RCB skipper has been involved in three of the top six in the list.
