'Hope your first born gets cancer' - Ben Stokes exposes horrific messages being received for his child on social media

Ben Stokes, the prolific seaming all-rounder from England has emerged as one of the bigger match-winner for his national team in the last couple of years. Moreover, he has received lots of applauds from the cricketing fraternity for the same. The England international also stay quite active on social media where he quite often comes out with his opinion over a specific topic. But recently, he had to face the heat of an anonymous person, who abused him to an extent that was not acceptable.
The 28-year-old made his debut for England back in 2011 and since then he has become a vital part of his national team across all the formats. So far he has scored a total of 7043 international runs and grabbed 231 wickets. In 2019, he played a major role in England’s triumph to their maiden World Cup. Also, he performed exceedingly well in the Ashes. Later on, ICC awarded him with the trophy of ICC Player of the Year award.
Ben Stokes faces abuse on social media
Stokes currently holds a massive fan following across the globe. But, there are some people that don’t like him as a cricketer. And, it is known that popular players have fans as well as critics. But, recently an anonymous person crossed all the limits and hurled abuses at Stokes on social media platforms.
Firstly, the social media user abused Stokes on Instagram. He said to England International that his firstborn gets cancer before telling him to kill himself. Stokes shared a screenshot of the same on his Instagram story. He also wrote in it, “Let’s expose people like those.”
Later on that, the person followed didn’t just stop to Instagram. He again abused Stokes on Twitter. Soon, the all-rounder took to his Twitter handle and shared a post that read, “Ohhh the same bloke on twitter from Instagram piping up again.” But, that person soon deleted his abusive post.
Stokes is currently spending time with his two kids and his wife at his home after the UK government announced lockdown in the country due to Coronavirus pandemic.
