'I am not losing, I am practicing social distancing' - Anushka Sharma after struggling in Ludo with Virat Kohli and family
Anushka and Virat are enjoying their quarantine with family.
The ongoing health emergency across the country has forced India to be under lockdown since March 24. The home quarantine has led to many resorting to their hobbies likes cooking, painting etc.. to pass their time. Likewise even the cricketers are trying their hand out at different things. While few are busy on social media, some are spending time with family to the fullest which they rarely get to do due to their hectic schedule.
The latter is the case with the power couple Virat Kohli and his actress wife Anushka Sharma. They seldom get this much time together to spend and the couple seems to be enjoying it to the fullest. While they have been posting some hilarious pictures on social media stating it as ‘effects of quarantine’, Kohli and Anushka are also enjoying some board games during this period.
Earlier, it was the Monopoly which they were playing even as Anushka’s parents were also involved. On Saturday, the quartet enjoyed playing one of the most popular games in his quarantine, Ludo. And it seemed as if the Bollywood diva struggled in the game as she hilariously posted a screenshot of the same on her Instagram story.
In the picture shared, it could be seen that Virat Kohli and her parents are way ahead of her in Ludo while Anushka’s all four pieces are still inside the house. Pointing out at the same, she hilariously stated she isn’t losing but is only practicing social distancing.
Here’s her story:
Kohli and Anushka Sharma create social awareness
Meanwhile, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are not only enjoying their time at home but are also creating social awareness about the Coronavirus pandemic. Time and again, they have taken to social media to urge the people of the country to stay at home and save lives.
The power couple also jointly donated an undisclosed amount to the PM CARES and Maharashtra CM Relief Fund to help India fight against COVID-19. Kohli was also involved in an awareness video which included other India cricketers too where they urged everyone to be part of the Team Mask Force.
