Lalit Modi, a few days ago sent social media platforms into a frenzy after he disclosed his dating actor Sushmita Sen in one of his posts. However, Modi, one of the founders of the Indian Premier League (IPL) and a popular businessman, was trolled for tagging a wrong account of Sushmita Sen, in the post where the announcement was made.
Modi took it to social media yet again to take matters into his own hands to give a piece of his mind. He wrote a lengthy description in one of his recent posts, passionately criticising the Indian journalists and media overall. He also insisted that the tags he used were correct, and asked why the media is “obsessed” with him.
Unfortunately, he tagged the wrong BCCI account, called ‘OFFICIAL BCCI’ in the post. He also took a jibe at the BCCI claiming that he founded the IPL when nobody had any idea and when he left, people on the board had no idea what to do.
“Why is the media so obsessed abt trolling me apparently 4 wrongly tagging. Can someone explain – I only did 2 pics on insta- & Tag is correct,” wrote Modi on Instagram. “I GUESS We R still living in the Middle Ages that 2 people can’t be friends & then if chemistry is right & timing is good – Magic can happen.”
