Hasan Ali was outstanding with the ball in the first T20I match that took place between Pakistan and Bangladesh. The pacer picked up 3 wickets in his 4-over spell and leaked only 22 runs, constantly put the brakes on the Bangladesh scoring rate, and helped his side to a 4-wicket victory.
And now, Ali has opened up on his success. The 27-year-old said that he experienced tough times during the T20 World Cup with the ball, but he noted down all his weaknesses and worked on them. Adding that the Pakistan fans are an emotional lot, Ali dedicated his Man of the Match award to the people of Pakistan.
“I faced tough time throughout the T20 World Cup which happens in the game. But, I noted down my weaknesses and worked on them as soon as we reached here. I know our fans are too emotional about this game but I would like to thank them for all their support. This man-of-the-match award is for them,” said Hasan Ali after the first T20I.
