He has averaged nearly 70 in his last five outings and even got to a half-century twice. His strike rate is an added advantage and is the best option in the available lot.

Batsmen

After his century in the last game, David Warner now leads the batting chart in terms of the runs scored. The Aussie opener scored 383 runs and thus should be your captain going by the stats. Jason Roy and Jonny Bairstow are not far behind. Since he scored a few extra runs, Roy can be picked as the vice-captain. Aaron Finch, who is the only other batsman to have scored in excess of 300 runs, can be the fourth pick from this category.

All Rounders

Ben Stokes, as the figures suggest, is the best all-rounder option that you’ve got. He scored 263 runs but haven’t got to bowl a great deal. Bowlers

With the kind of form that he’s been in, Mitchell Starc is a no-brainer in your team. The left-arm pacer has picked up 17 wickets in the last five ODI matches. Jason Behrendorff is the only other bowler who has accounted for more than 10 wickets in just as many outings. Liam Plunkett and Mark Wood can be your picks from the England team. Jofra Archer is not a bad option either instead of Plunkett and it is your personal choice here.
