ICC World Cup 2019: Match 14, India vs Australia – Statistical Preview

The Kennington Oval will host the big game between India and Australia on Sunday who began their campaign on a good note. India, the current No.2 ranked ODI team thumped South Africa in their first game on a tricky surface for the batsmen. They will be up against Australia in their 2nd game to whom they lost the recent home series 2-3 from being 2-0 up. The defending champions are coming from a win against the Windies thanks to Mitchell Starc’s 5-fer and Nathan Coulter-Nile’s breezy knock after the top-order collapse.

1980 – Rohit Sharma needs 20 more runs to become the 4th player to aggregate 2000 runs in ODI cricket against Australia. He scored 1980 runs thus far against the Aussies at an average of 61.87 scoring seven hundreds and seven fifties.
