Saleem Malik aggregated 323 runs from seven innings during the 1987 edition when he was 24. Babar is also 24-year-old as he was born in October 1994.
805 – Babar Azam is the leading run-getter for Pakistan this year in ODI cricket. Babar has scored 805 runs at an average of 57.5 from 16 innings with help of two centuries and five fifties. No player from Pakistan has even scored 900 ODI runs in a calendar year after 2013.
