India squads announced for T20Is and first three ODIs against South Africa: Punjab all-rounder Gurkeerat Singh has been included in Indian ODI squad for the first of 3 matches against South Africa as the All-India Senior Selection Committee met was held at Bengaluru on Sunday to announce the India teams for upcoming T20 International series and the first three One-day Internationals against South Africa.
On other hand, left arm seamer Sreenath Aravind was included in the T20I squad, while all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja was dropped from both the squad.
Selectors also trashed the news about Virat Kohli replacing MS Dhoni in limited overs International.
Star bowler Mohammed Shami is still undergoing rehabilitation for the knee injury he suffered during the tour of Australia in 2014-15.
Other changes made were seamer Dhawal Kulkarni made way for leg spinner Amit Mishra.
