The experienced leg-spinner hasn’t been consistent enough in the international circuit which has prevented him from becoming a regular member of the limited-overs side. Mishra was brilliant in the ODI series against New Zealand and bagged 15 wickets in the 5 match series. He bagged a five-wicket haul in the final match which was instrumental in India winning the series 3-2.

After a poor show by Parvez Rassol in the 1st encounter, Kohli will be tempted to have the more experienced guy for the must-win encounter.
