India vs Australia 2019: Combined XI of the series
These players lit up the series with their performances.
2. Rohit Sharma
The Indian opener Rohit Sharma didn’t have the best of times by any means considering his standards. He struggled to rotate the strike in the series and later failed to cover it up with the big shots. In the first ODI, he scored 37 off 66 balls. He followed it up with a duck and 14 in the next two games.
His best performance came at Mohali where he narrowly missed out on scoring a century. In the Delhi ODI too, he couldn’t score runs quickly. Yet, he is the fourth highest run-scorer in the series with 202 runs in 5 matches at an average of 40.
